Hi, I'm Samantha.

I'm a Kinesiologist, Certified Personal Trainer, Lead Trainer at Pvolve, and Nutrition Coach with a passion for helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits.

My approach to health and fitness is rooted in balance. I believe movement should help you feel strong, capable, and energized, while nutrition should fuel your body without taking away from the joy of living.

Over the years, I've learned that there is no single "best" way to train. Strength training, functional movement, mobility work, mat-based exercise, recovery, and proper nutrition all play an important role in supporting long-term health and performance.

My goal is to help you find an approach that fits your lifestyle, supports your goals, and feels sustainable for the long haul. Together, we'll focus on building healthy habits, improving movement quality, and creating a routine that allows you to feel your best while still enjoying the things you love most.
